Accessibility Statement.
Last updated: April 2026
ISORA Lumen Ltd is committed to making isora-ltd.com accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement explains how we approach accessibility on the Site, where we know we fall short, and how to report a barrier.
1. Our commitment
We design and build the Site with the goal of equal access. We treat accessibility as a core part of design, engineering, and content — not a checkbox at the end. We aim to meet our obligations under the Equality Act 2010 by removing barriers that would prevent disabled users from using the Site.
2. Standards we follow
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. Where practical we go beyond Level AA. The Site is regularly reviewed against these standards and updated as we identify issues.
3. What we do
- Use semantic HTML elements (headings, landmarks, lists, links, and buttons).
- Provide visible focus states for interactive elements.
- Ensure colour contrast meets WCAG 2.1 AA on body text and key UI.
- Offer a light theme alongside dark, with the user's preference remembered.
- Support keyboard-only navigation across all interactive elements.
- Use descriptive link text and form labels.
- Test with screen-reader software and at scaled font sizes.
- Respect
prefers-reduced-motionwhere animations could cause discomfort.
4. Known limitations
We're aware of the following areas that may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA:
- Some background motion and decorative animations may not respect every user's motion preferences in all browsers.
- Embedded third-party content (for example external brand sites) is outside our control and may not match the standard we apply to first-party content.
- Custom typography on hero sections may render differently across older browsers.
We are working to address each of these and welcome feedback that helps us prioritise.
5. How we test
- Manual keyboard navigation across every page on each release.
- Screen-reader testing with VoiceOver, NVDA, and TalkBack on key flows.
- Automated checks via tools such as axe DevTools and Lighthouse during development.
- Periodic colour-contrast audits across light and dark themes.
6. Reporting an accessibility issue
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on the Site, please tell us so we can fix it:
- Email: hello@isora-ltd.com
- Subject line: "Accessibility — [page or feature]"
Please include the URL, the device and assistive technology you were using, a description of the barrier, and any steps that helped you reach it. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 5 working days and resolve substantive issues as quickly as reasonably possible.
7. Enforcement procedure
If you contact us about an accessibility issue and you are not satisfied with our response, you can refer the matter to the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) at equalityadvisoryservice.com.
8. Updates
We treat accessibility as ongoing work. This statement will be reviewed and updated as the Site evolves and as our internal practices improve.
