Cookie Policy.

Last updated: April 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how ISORA Lumen Ltd uses cookies and similar technologies on isora-ltd.com. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, improve performance, and provide information to site owners. Similar technologies include localStorage, sessionStorage, and pixel tags — we treat these the same way as cookies under this policy.

2. Legal basis

We use cookies in line with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), the UK GDPR, and current ICO guidance. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent. All other cookies are only set after you give consent through our cookie banner (where displayed) or your browser settings.

3. Categories of cookies we use

Strictly necessary

Required for the Site to function. They cannot be switched off in our systems. They are usually set in response to actions you take, such as setting privacy preferences or filling in forms.

  • theme (localStorage) — remembers whether you selected light or dark mode. Persists until you clear browser storage. Set by ISORA.
  • __cf_bm (Cloudflare) — bot management and security. Session-based. Set by Cloudflare.

Performance and analytics

Help us understand how visitors interact with the Site so we can improve it. These are only set if you give consent.

  • Vercel Analytics — anonymised page-view data. No personal identifiers stored. Set by Vercel.

Functional

Enable enhanced functionality and personalisation. Used only with consent where they are not strictly necessary.

Marketing

We do not currently use marketing or advertising cookies. If we add them in future, we will update this policy and obtain your consent first through our cookie banner.

4. Third-party cookies

Some cookies are set by third parties acting as our processors or providing services we embed. These providers have their own privacy and cookie policies:

5. Managing your cookie preferences

You can control cookies in several ways:

  • Use our cookie consent banner (when first displayed, or via the "Cookie settings" link, when available).
  • Adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Most browsers allow you to refuse cookies, though doing so may impact site functionality.
  • Use the opt-out tools provided by individual third-party services where applicable.

For general guidance on cookie management see aboutcookies.org or your browser's help pages.

6. Do Not Track

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. There is no consistent industry standard for DNT, so we currently do not respond to DNT signals. We will update this section if a clear standard is adopted.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy as our use of cookies evolves or as new technologies become available. The latest version will always be available on this page.
